How to Find an RTT Hypnotherapist (Online or in London)
If you've decided RTT might be for you, the next question is how to choose the right practitioner. Here's a simple guide to finding an RTT hypnotherapist you can trust, whether you want to meet in person in London or work online from anywhere in the world.
What to look for
- Proper RTT training. Look for someone trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy, the method developed by Marisa Peer.
- The right fit for your issue. Many practitioners have areas they love most, such as confidence, relationships, or career blocks.
- A free consultation. A good practitioner will happily talk with you first so you can feel the rapport before committing.
- Warmth and clarity. You should feel safe, understood, and never rushed or judged.
Does online RTT work as well as in person?
Yes. Because RTT works through your imagination and your subconscious, it's just as effective over a video call as it is in the room. All you need is a quiet space, headphones, and an hour or two where you won't be disturbed. This is why I work with clients across the world online, alongside in-person sessions in Canary Wharf, London and near Lisbon, in Sesimbra, Portugal.
What to expect from a first session
Your Root Cause Session lasts around 90 minutes. We talk about what you want to change, then move into a relaxed, guided state to find and shift the belief underneath it. You leave with a personalised recording to listen to over the following weeks, and a 15-minute follow-up to check in.
A simple first step
You don't have to decide everything today. The easiest way to find out if we're a good fit is a free, no-pressure consultation, just a real conversation about what's been going on and whether RTT can help.
