What is Rapid Transformational Therapy, or RTT? RTT is a powerful therapeutic method that combines hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy into one structured, results-focused approach. It was developed by world-renowned hypnotherapist Marisa Peer and is designed to create rapid, lasting transformation by working directly with the subconscious mind.

In a relaxed hypnotic state, we access the subconscious, the part of the mind that stores beliefs, patterns, emotional imprints, and automatic behaviours. This is where anxiety, imposter syndrome, self-sabotage, and confidence issues are actually rooted.

During your RTT session, we uncover why the problem exists, not just the symptoms, but the origin. You gain clarity about how and when a belief was formed and why it no longer serves you. Once we understand the root cause, we reframe it. We release outdated beliefs and replace them with new, empowering suggestions that align with who you truly are and how you want to live.

After the session, you receive a personalised hypnosis recording. Listening daily reinforces the new neural pathways and accelerates the rewiring process. The goal of RTT is not temporary relief. The goal is permanent change in the shortest time possible.

Hi, I'm Kasia

I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist (CRTT), based between London and Lisbon and working with clients all over the world online. I help people get to the root of what's been holding them back, the belief underneath the self-doubt, the stuck career, the pattern that keeps repeating, and help them change it for good. I'm also the author of Rewire and Becoming a Lucky Girl (coming out soon). My approach is warm and down-to-earth: real change that lasts.

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a method that combines hypnotherapy with techniques from CBT, psychotherapy and neuroscience. Instead of just managing symptoms, it helps us find the root belief behind them, and change it. Most people feel a shift in a single session.

Not at all. Most of my clients work with me online from wherever they are in the world. It's just as effective as in person. If you'd prefer to meet face to face, I also offer limited in-person sessions in Canary Wharf, London.

RTT is designed to create change quickly. Often a single Root Cause Session is enough to understand and begin shifting what's been holding you back. Where the issue is a longer, lifelong pattern, some clients choose 1โ€“3 sessions to go a little deeper. Some people also come back for a different issue later, but there's no long course of weekly appointments required.

Completely. You stay fully aware and in control the whole time. It simply feels like a deep, relaxed focus, similar to daydreaming. You can't be made to do anything you don't want to, and you can open your eyes whenever you like. My job is to keep you safe and comfortable throughout.

This is one of the most common patterns I see, and it's almost always rooted in an early belief about love, safety or self-worth, not bad luck. RTT helps uncover where that belief began and changes it, so you naturally start choosing differently.

It's natural to wonder. RTT works best when you come open and willing to engage, and most people are surprised by how much shifts, often in a single session. I can't promise a specific outcome, because no honest therapist can, but I can promise my full skill and care, and that we'll work at your pace to get to the root of what's really going on. Often this worry is itself part of the pattern, the belief that things won't work out for you. That's exactly the kind of belief RTT is designed to reach.
