Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) combines hypnotherapy with proven techniques to find why you feel the way you do, and to change it at the level where it actually lives: the subconscious.

We find the root belief

In a relaxed, guided state, we gently trace the pattern back to where it began, the moment your mind first decided this story about you was true.

We change it at the subconscious level

Once we can see it clearly, we replace that old belief with one that serves who you are now, calmly, and without reliving anything painful.

You get a recording to make it stick

You leave with a personalised hypnosis recording made just for you, so the new belief settles in over the days that follow. Change that lasts.

About me

Hi, I'm Kasia

I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist (CRTT), based between London and Lisbon and working with clients all over the world online. I help people get to the root of what's been holding them back, the belief underneath the self-doubt, the stuck career, the pattern that keeps repeating, and help them change it for good. I'm also the author of Rewire and Becoming a Lucky Girl (coming out soon). My approach is warm and down-to-earth: real change that lasts.

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a method that combines hypnotherapy with techniques from CBT, psychotherapy and neuroscience. Instead of just managing symptoms, it helps us find the root belief behind them, and change it. Most people feel a shift in a single session.

Not at all. Most of my clients work with me online from wherever they are in the world. It's just as effective as in person. If you'd prefer to meet face to face, I also offer limited in-person sessions in Canary Wharf, London.

RTT is designed to create change quickly. Often a single Root Cause Session is enough to understand and begin shifting what's been holding you back. Some people choose to come back for a different issue later, but there's no long course of weekly appointments required.

Completely. You stay fully aware and in control the whole time. It simply feels like a deep, relaxed focus, similar to daydreaming. You can't be made to do anything you don't want to, and you can open your eyes whenever you like. My job is to keep you safe and comfortable throughout.

Yes. RTT works well for anxiety because it addresses the subconscious belief or experience keeping your nervous system on high alert, rather than just managing the symptoms. Many clients feel calmer after a single session, with a personalised recording to reinforce it.

Yes. RTT can be effective for quitting smoking because it addresses the underlying reason you reach for a cigarette, not just the habit itself. Once that root belief shifts, most clients find cravings far easier to manage, often after a single session.

This is one of the most common patterns I see, and it's almost always rooted in an early belief about love, safety or self-worth, not bad luck. RTT helps uncover where that belief began and changes it, so you naturally start choosing differently.
