Can Hypnotherapy Help With Anxiety and Self-Worth?
Yes. Hypnotherapy, and RTT in particular, is well suited to anxiety and low self-worth, because both usually run on subconscious beliefs your mind formed early in life rather than on willpower. In a calm, focused state we can find that root belief and gently update it, which is why many people feel a real shift after a single session.
Why anxiety and self-worth are so often linked
Underneath both, there's usually a quiet belief, something like "I'm not safe" or "I'm not enough," decided long ago and never questioned since. When a belief like that is running in the background, your nervous system stays on alert and your mind keeps scanning for proof it's true. You can know, consciously, that you're capable and loveable, while a deeper part still doesn't feel it. That gap is exactly where this work helps.
What we actually change
In a relaxed, focused state, we trace the feeling back to where it began, see the moment your mind first decided the limiting thing was true, and replace it with a belief that fits who you are now. Because we're working at the level where the belief actually lives, the subconscious and the nervous system that holds it, the change tends to feel less like forcing positivity and more like finally putting something down.
An honest word on anxiety
Hypnotherapy is a powerful complement to your wellbeing, but it isn't a replacement for medical or psychological care for clinical anxiety, depression or trauma. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a doctor or a crisis line first, and we can work alongside that support rather than instead of it.
